About the event
This time of year is supposed to be a time of joy. Yet people are too busy and stressed to even think about Joy. When we go within, we encounter Joy in the midst of life. Joy in the midst of Christmas/Holiday crazy. Joy in the connection with your inner self - joy in the deeper connection with others. Joy can rise anywhere, any time -in the middle of an uplifting experience or in the middle of a serious challenge.
