Illuminating your Journey

Mystical U is your place to feel safe, supported, and free to explore your personal relationship with the Divine—without having to check your questions, your curiosity, or your sense of humor at the door.

A place to explore the Divine, expand your thinking, and discover your own way.

Welcome to Mystical U

Here, you can ask the crazy question.

You can challenge an idea.

You can look at familiar metaphysical teachings from a different perspective.

You can expand your thinking, explore your inner divine landscape, and discover what spirituality means to you.

Enlightenment without the incense overload.

You don't have to choose between meaningful spirituality and a grounded, everyday life.

If you're drawn to New Thought but don't want spirituality wrapped in layers of dogma, jargon, or solemnity, you're in the right place.

Here, spirituality is accessible, relevant, and empowering.

Mystical U is a gathering place for the thoughts and ideas of the many voices within New Thought—a place where teachings can be explored, expanded upon, questioned, and sometimes turned upside down.

Because sometimes a new perspective is exactly what we need to see an old idea in an entirely new way.

Practical spirituality for real life.

This is Practical Spirituality with Rev. Deborah—where the lessons are deep, the laughs are real, and the guidance meets you exactly where you are.

Rev. Deborah is a no-fluff spiritual teacher and the founder of Mystical U in Sacramento, California. She blends deep spiritual insight with practical tools, curiosity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor.

Think of her as your spiritual GPS: clear, grounded, and just cheeky enough to keep things interesting.

Come curious. Leave expanded.

Mystical U isn't here to tell you what to believe.

It's here to help you discover what you believe—and why.

Bring your questions. Bring your curiosity. Bring the parts of your spiritual life you're still figuring out.

There's room for all of it here.
